Happy Bird Day, Dear Bloglette...
It was a year ago today (the 20th) that I started this hodgepodge. Scary, eh?
And since it's a blog birthday, YOU get the gifties. I am working my little fingers to nubbins* to get them together, and they will go into the mail as soon as they're finished. (Personal to the Stephranger- I need your address!)
Here's to another year, perhaps with fewer psychotic bosses, and more of the "good crazy". Thanks for reading, for getting my back, and giving me something to look forward to every day. It may be trite, but seriously, y'all rock, and I really appreciate you.

In honor of this auspicious occasion, I went back and reread your blog from the beginning. Daaaaaaa-aaaaaaaaaaaaa-aaaaaaaaaamn! A lot has changed in the past year, girlie! I remember back when you were renovating Hell's Half Acre for the Little Nonprofit That Could (Bring Me To Hysterical Laugter Every Time You Blogged About It). I had such high hopes that you would get some sort of diabolical revenge on your batshit crazy boss. I suppose time heals all wounds because now I'm rooting for you to get back at a more recent batshit crazy boss. Poor Sauce, you definitely have a long pattern of obnoxious bosses. Then Parce came aboard and I think GoG was not too long after that. Whatever happened to Luz de Luna? She disappeared after a while. Then you started posting about the book store days and Steph showed up. You've had a few other occasional readers, too; I didn't recognize the first few names I saw.
Anyway, thanks for the trip down memory lane. I have truly enjoyed your blog for the past 9 months (I began reading in late September/early October). I'm looking forward to another good year. Congrats, Saucy.

Keep it goin', sistergirl. Day after tomorrow (well, actually tomorrow because it's inching toward Oh-my-God o'clock, but you get me) is Solstice and the first Blog Venus will be crafted. Woot!
